Terms and Conditions for Tourism Packages
Bhartiya Airways may change, alter or remove any part of these below written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any changes done in this Terms and Conditions of Use will be applicable the moment they are posted on the site. You need to re-check the "Terms & Conditions" link to be fully aware of the entire scenario.
- Acceptance of Terms - - While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Bhartiya Airways, users have to accept that they are agreed to the Terms and Conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Bhartiya Airways and its subsidiaries reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.
- Booking and Confirmation - Booking of Bhartiya Airways tourism packages is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as per the specified booking terms.
- Payment Method - Mode of Payments & the Policies
Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.
I. Payment 10% of the package amount needs to pay in advance while making a booking.
II. Payment 45% of total amount to be paid within 3 to 5 Days of booking date.
III. Payment 25% of total amount to be paid after hotel & cab confirmation.
IV. Payment rest 20% amount need to be paid on the 1st day of the trip.
V. Discounts and vouchers will be available to the users on every holiday package.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, Bus, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season, full payment is required to be sent in advance.

- Refund and Cancellation Policy -
I. 25 to 30 days before the departure date, no cancellation fees.
II. In case of cancellation 25 days prior to travel 10% cancellation to full package will be levied.
III. In case of cancellation 20 days prior to travel 20% cancellation to full package will be levied.
IV. 50% cancellation fees will refund if the cancellation is within 4 days.
V. 30% cancellation fees will refund if the cancellation is within 3 days.
VI. No refund policy after 48 hrs of Booking
If the departing date is within 10 days, then full payment needs to pay at the time of booking.
Discounts and vouchers will be available to the users on every holiday package. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, Bus, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
All refunds will be payable in INR only.
- Travel Documents - Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for the destination(s) included in the package.
Bhartiya Airways bears no responsibility for any issues or problems that may arise due to actions, decisions, or conduct of its users.
- Itinerary Changes - Bhartiya Airways reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute components of the package in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives.
- Health and Safety - - Travellers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. It is recommended to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.
- Force Majeure- Bhartiya Airways shall not be liable/responsible of contract if it becomes unable to performdue to any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, or supplier insolvencies.
- No Liability - Bhartiya Airways is acting as booking agent for the overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is travel agent only. The information given in the brochure/quotation is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities normally available. However, circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Major roadwork, etc., may necessitate route changes. Where the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, the Company will notify the Tourist/Group. Route changes could also be necessitated due to natural calamities.
Bhartiya Airways does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping company, coach or coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package/ tour component availed by the Tourist/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel component, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage, if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, shipping company etc.
- Travel Conditions -
- A traveller needs to follow the holiday package provided by the company throughout the journey.
- Bhartiya Airways will not be responsible for any misfortunate events that happen by any amendments or changes made by the client on their own during the journey.
- There won't be any refund if the traveler doesn't avail or fail to avail of the services provided within the holiday package for whatsoever reasons.
- Bhartiya Airways will not be responsible if a client loses their luggage or documents during the travel. Bhartiya Airways can amend changes before or on the travel plans, and the client has to follow the same.
- Bhartiya Airways is liable to cancel the tour of such travelers whose behavior affects others or our officials.
- We have legal rights in such cases to take action against that traveller.
- Bhartiya Airways has full right to update or revise the prices of the travel packages and services provided to the clients.
- In case of any new service launched by Bhartiya Airways, We can update or relinquish it anytime, but if a user has availed of any such service while the offer is valid, he will be eligible to get the benefit.
- Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising from the tourism package shall be resolved in
where Bhartiya Airways head office is located.
